Absolut Party

1.5 oz Absolut Orient Apple

3 oz Cranberry juice

3 oz Ginger ale

Add Absolut Orient Apple and cranberry juice into an ice filled highball glass. Top with ginger ale.

Lotus Flower

1 oz Tequila

3 oz Guava juice

6 Mint leaves

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with mint leaf.

The RumRita

1.5 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum

0.5 oz Cointreau

Fresh lime juice

Shake with ice and strain into a margarita glass.

Absolut Orient Berry

2 oz Absolut Orient Apple

3 oz Blueberry juice

Shake ingredients over ice and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh blueberries.

Mint Julep

4 oz Bourbon

1 oz Simple syrup

5 Mint leaves

Fill a chilled highball glass with crushed ice. Add all ingredients. Garnish with mint leaf.

The Eclipse

2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum

1.5 oz Orange juice

1 oz Pineapple juice

Pour ingredients over ice. Garnish with orange wedge.

Sloe Tequila

2 oz Tequila

1 oz Lime juice

1 Slice of cucumber

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with cucumber.

Waikiki Beachcomber

2 oz Gin

2 oz Triple Sec

1 oz Pineapple Juice

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Polly Special

3 oz Rye whiskey

1 oz Grapefruit juice

1 oz Triple Sec

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
