Recipe: Chilled Noodles with Barbecued Pork
A quick and easy Asian main course

8 oz Chinese egg noodles
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili pepper oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup tahini
3 tbsp water
Bean sprouts
Barbecued chicken or pork
Chilled Noodles with Barbecued Pork Cooking Directions
Cook Chinese egg noodles, rinse with cold water and set aside to cool. Whisk peanut oil, sesame oil, chili pepper oil, soy sauce, tahini and water.
Arrange noodles on a platter and sprinkle with thinly sliced barbecued pork or chicken and fresh bean sprouts. Add sauce.
