Recipe: Chinese-Style Asparagus
A healthy side dish that is the perfect complement to an Asian meal

1/2 lb asparagus, cut diagonally into 2-inch pieces
3 slices fresh ginger, unpeeled
2 tbsp chicken stock
2 tsp soy sauce
Sesame seeds
Chinese-Style Asparagus Cooking Directions
Heat oil in wok; add ginger and toss for 2 minutes until browned; remove and discard ginger.
Add asparagus to wok; cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken stock and soy sauce and cook until asparagus is crisp-tender, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve as a side dish sprinkled with sesame seeds.
