Make the most of the season's fruit by adding fresh blueberries to a mixed drink. A traditional Tom Collins is made with gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda, but this recipe uses blueberry vodka and elderflower liqueur to provide a one-two punch of flavour.
Collins
1 oz blueberry vodka
.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
fresh BC blueberries to garnish
soda as needed
In a Collins glass add vodka, St. Germain and lemon juice. Add ice half way and stir. Add a few fresh BC blueberries. Add more ice and top with soda and more blueberries.
