Want to rub shoulders with Ontario winemakers and industry insiders? Consider attending the Niagara Community Foundation's 23rd annual Cuvée Weekend, Mar. 4 to 6.
Tickets are now on sale for $200 per person. Ticket price includes admission to the Cuvée Gala and all Cuvée en Route activities.
The winners of the coveted Cuvée Awards will be presented at the Cuvée Gala, on Friday, Mar. 4 at the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort. The awards recognize excellence in Ontario wine and the winning wines will be poured for guests to taste. Representatives from 61 participating wineries will also be in attendance.
Several Ontario chefs will participate in the Cuvée Gala, and each will serve three different creations as part of a tasting menu that includes Lobster & Asparagus Crispy Rice Cakes, a Canadian Raw Oyster Bar and Wild Boar Sausage with Black Truffle.
Throughout the weekend, Cuvée en Route passport holders will have the opportunity to tour wineries for themed tastings. Cuvée en Route tickets can be purchased separately for $30 per person.
Proceeds from the weekend will benefit the Niagara Community Foundation.
