Q: Do you have a favourite wine? Why?

My favorite grape is from the Shiraz, Syrah family. I enjoy full-bodied, dark berry notes with hints of chocolate, and one of my favorite wines is Rosemount Shiraz (Black Label ) or I recently tried Bloodstone Shiraz.

Q: Do you have any favourite memories that involve wine?

I like to experiment with different wines, pairings and certain names capture my attention. I recently tried a full bodied vino called Tik Tok: an interesting story about a watchmaker who was imprisoned for stealing bedsheets! It has a happy ending as his family redeeemed their name with this wine. I enjoyed this while relaxing in the jacuzzi surrounded by candles, music, and then topped off with chocolate. I also find that sipping on glass of wine while cooking for loved ones is an ideal way to relax but also allows for creativity and self expression.

Q: If you could share a bottle of wine with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be?

This one I had to ponder over for quite a while. Male or Female? It would depend on my mood. Johnny Depp for his depth of character or Adam Sandler because he is soooo funny and I would like for him to choose the grape.
