This wine is indicative of the quality and value being produced in Chile’s relatively young cool-climate growing regions, most of which have been under vine for only, and in some cases less than, 10 to 20 years. Fresh and vibrant aromas of citrus and peach, with ripe, but mouth-watering flavours of pineapple, Asian pear, white peach and melon laced with fresh minerality and bright acidity on the lingering, lifted finish. Ideal with seafood, poached chicken and soft, creamy cheeses.
