6.0% Pale Ale

Nice West Coast India Pale Ale, where the words “too much” and “hops” are never used together. The spicy, floral hops bite you on the front end and the finish, balancing the malty sweetness.

Where to drink it: In a rainy pub, by a fire, with some friends for full West Coast effect.

Pairing: For some reason, I’m thinking its spicy drinkability would make it a nice accompaniment to a rich, spicy chili.
