5.0% Ale

This was craft beer for most Albertans back in the day. The mild, sweet, caramel and nut flavours, with gentle hops feel like home. Pretty light mouth feel and not overly complex, but still good.

Where to drink it: In Dinnie’s Den, at the U of C, of course. That’s where I always enjoyed it the most.

Pairing: Always with nachos and chicken wings or just about anything else, as it has a nice, clean and gentle taste.
