The blend of sémillon and sauvignon blanc is tried and tested in Bordeaux, but is also proving to be very successful in Australia. This bargain from Wolf Blass has aromas of lemon, green apple, peach and some typical sauvignon blanc greenness. The palate is balanced, fresh, crisp and mineral, with citrus, cilantro and stone fruit notes and good length.
