Pouilly-Fumé Reviews

Classic, minerally style of Pouilly Fumé, with shy, subtle nose but an explosive palate of pure wet limestone/chalk and well balanced acid/alcohol. Really long finish, too, with notable creamy-yeasty-lees flavour. A little soft for long term-ageing, but this is delicious now.
