Recipe: Turkey, Cranberry and Brie Melts
Pair turkey leftovers with a glass of gamay
Ingredients
Turkey, Cranberry & Brie Melts
- 1-2 lb Turkey
- 1 loaf of fresh Ciabatta bread or your favourite loaf of artisanal bread
- 1/4 cup good quality olive oil
- 1 can Ocean Spray whole cranberry sauce
- 1 medium wheel of brie
Pair with your favorite:
Gamay |Preheat oven to 350F. Cut loaf in half. Drizze olive oil on inside of bread, smooth over with brush. Place turkey (1 to 2 pounds, depending on the size of your bread) on the bottom loaf. Season with salt and pepper. Slice brie and put on top of the turkey. Put cranberry sauce on top loaf of bread and close sandwich. Place on baking sheet and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts. Take out and let sit 3 minutes then slice into sandwich portions and serve.

Anyways, it depends on the size of your loaf. 1 to 2 pounds should suffice.
