Malivoire ranks among the most innovative (and now largely organic) wineries in Niagara, making very elegant, supple wines. Chardonnay is a strength of Malivoire and this packs very rich butterscotch, mild toasty oak, cashew and baked apple flavours. It is medium in weight, elegant and very lively. It has a cool, mineral finish. Chill well.
