The Trius Brut is as reliable as they come. The nose is incredibly expressive — mineral, red apple, toasted nut, butter, pear and light floral notes all come through. Made from a A 70-30 chardonnay-pinot noir blend, red apple and lemon drive the palate on this crisp, slightly chalky bubbly. Some of those nutty, toasty notes sneak in through on the mid-palate for balance and depth.
