First-in-Line e-Report
First-in-Line is a timely, electronic review of new wine releases and wine news relevant to wine consumers, importers and producers in Canada. In the weeks and months ahead, several services will be accessible in this space.
The Wine Access First-in-Line e-Report, which reviews wines released in the Ontario market, is the inaugural First-in-Line service. Available to subscribers only, it is issued every two weeks providing ratings and reviews by editor John Szabo of new wines being released by Vintages stores, one week before they hit the shelves. The e-Report also covers new LCBO general listings, Classics Catalogue, consignment and winery direct releases on Ontario wines.
Wines are rated out of 100 and given from zero to three stars as a value rating. The rating is accompanied by a detailed tasting note, pricing and availability. The e-Report also provides short features on wine events in Ontario, trade and portfolio tastings, cellaring wines and a special look at pinot noir in each issue.q
Subscriptions are $75 for 24 issues.
