The unoaked chardonnay and malbec/merlot blend were sourced from Abruzzo’s Feudi San Pio family estate vineyards and hit shelves in Ontario last year.

To bookend this tasting, we also got to try the much more affordable 2008 Penfolds Bin 389 to start and end with one of my favourites, the 2006 and 2008 RWT.
