Diverse options for celebrating and romancing
Since Valentine's Day is celebrated (or not) in so many different ways, here are a diverse array of wines that will fit the bill for entertaining, intimate dinners for two, or (god forbid) sobbing alone quietly on the couch. As a guy who's been married to an Aussie for many years, please don't mind my tendency to head 'Down Under' when I'm thinking of wines for a romantic evening. Better than a six-pack of Foster's, right?
Red and white suggestions for February 14
On February 14, many of us will be getting all lovey-dovey, buying roses — maybe even a full dozen — and sharing a meal with our sweetie, with a good wine, of course. This could happen at home with a dinner we've lovingly prepared together or at a favourite establishment, so we don't have to 'lovingly' do the dishes.

Delicious romance-themed drinks for February 14
Many people already know to avoid the over-crowded bistros and steakhouses this Valentine's Day and instead express their love by making a romantic dinner for two at home. But, why not add a drink to the menu? Sure, serving Champagne is delicious, but shaking up a holiday-themed cocktail is a great way to make your date feel special. Try one of these Valentine's Day drinks on February 14.
