Graham Beck NV Brut Rosé

89 Points

Produced from chardonnay and pinot noir in the traditional method, the Brut Rosé has it all — slight leesy biscuit aromas, with a touch of raisin, spice, floral notes and generous cherry and raspberry fruits. Wonderfully textured in the mouth, with good bubble. There is good mineral expression and zesty strawberry and cranberry fruits that are near-perfectly balanced. Serve chilled, but not too cold. Remember that sparkling wine drinks well alone, or paired with just about anything.
