The Show 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon

87 Points

Although this is only 13.9% alcohol, a little heat creeps onto the nose of this cabernet sauvignon alongside cherry, cassis, tar, cedar, pepper, pencil lead and spice. The palate is consistent, with ripe fruit, smooth tannins and a juicy, fleshy back end. It is drinking great now, enjoy with barbecue, beef, burgers or a hearty veggie lasagna.
