An excellent, value-priced brand, the Casillero del Diablo range are perfect, go-to wines for everyday enjoyment. A lifted nose of dill, olive pit, capsicum, melon fruits and nice mineral notes. The palate is a nice blend of bell pepper and melon fruits, with a zingy, citric tone and clean finish. Serve chilled with sole, lemongrass chicken, or grilled pork.
