Paul Zinck NV Cremant d'Alsace Brut

89 Points

Bubbly is always a hit at any party and this Alsatian blend of pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot blanc made in the traditional method is a good choice. The aromas are light in intensity, but there are bread dough, apple, nectarine, honeydew melon and lime notes against a backdrop of fine bubbles. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, with a creamy mousse, crisp acidity and lingering flavours of apple skin, strawberry, minerality, lime zest and yeast.
