Palatine Hills 2010 Gewürztraminer
90 Points
This is very well-done gewürztraminer that's mindful stylistically of the traditional Alsatian style. It has a full-blown, well-defined, varietally correct nose of lychee, anise, rose petal and mustard. It is full-bodied, fairly sweet and ripe, with excellent length and some dryness on the finish. Chill fairly well and serve with roast pork or curries.
