BC does aromatic wites well and this is a good example. It is very floral, with tropical melon notes. This stainless steel fermented white is actually only 85% gewürztraminer, with the rest made up of riesling, schonberger, and ehrenfelser, which help give complexity to the nose. It has a slightly off-dry finish and is very fruity and clean. A great wine for sipping or matching with hot and spicy cuisine.
