Penfolds 2009 Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet
88 Points
This blend is dark red in the glass, with pleasing leafy notes alongside ripe red fruit on the nose. The palate is ripe and fruity, very commercially appealing, but with surprisingly grippy tannins for a value wine — a Penfolds trademark.
