This is a quite delicious wine that's light in alcohol, with aromas of green apple, peach, lime sherbet, honeydew melon, lees, mineral and flowers. The palate is dry, with crisp, refreshing acidity, lots of lime, stone fruit, pear, celery, romaine heart and mineral notes and a long finish.
