Norton 2009 Malbec Reserva

90 Points

This malbec has great intensity and complexity on the nose, with ripe plum, blackberry, spice box, tar, resin and tobacco notes. Spending one year in barrel to age, with 10 more months spent resting in the bottle before release, this wine is ready to drink now. Chewy tannins, intense fruit and a savoury, earthy finish make this an excellent wine for red meat.
