This is a full, rich, very toasty and leesy bubbly from Domaine Chandon. It has a round, creamy, full texture, generous alcohol (13%) and a long, crème brulée-flavoured finish. All in all, an intense, concentrated sparkler that would show well at the table — think risotto, pork, roasted chicken and the like.
