Made from cabernet franc, this wine is a pale, watery pink colour, with aromas of summer fruit buffered by rhubarb and herb notes. The attack is soft and floral while tart acid and spice notes appear on the mid-palate. This would make an excellent sipper or would pair well with grilled seafood.
