Mission Hill 2009 Reserve Merlot
90 Points
This is dark red in the glass, with an attractive ripe plum nose. It has some earth and tobacco character on the slightly developed nose. The smooth palate still has some firm tannins, but is drinking smoothly. Good acidity makes this food-friendly.
