This Okanagan riesling is incredibly aromatic, including peach, perfume, mineral, melon, lemon candy and red apple skin notes. While it is a dry riesling, there’s a hint of residual sugar here that intensifies baked apple and spice flavours, while countering the bright lemon-lime notes.
