Who doesn't want to turn up to a party with a delicious, Champagne-quality bubbly for half the price? The Taltarni is pale lemon in colour with a pink tinge and aromas of apple, peach, nectarine, lees, minerals, toast, brioche and orange zest. The palate is dry, with crisp acidity, a great creamy mousse and lots of toasty complexity. There are notes of peach, strawberry, minerality, clove and earth, with a long finish.
