This has floral, lime rind, peach and guava aromas with a touch of diesel and Vaseline. Crisp, juicy, fuller palate with apple skin, marzipan, lime, diesel and peach pit flavours. Good acidity and balance, but finishes somewhat bitter and austere. You can easily balance the ending with most Asian dishes.
